Please take note of the terms and conditions below. It’s important that you agree with these before placing a booking. If you have any questions please do reach out.


Upon payment of a deposit or fee; The Little Wooden Bar Company will

commit to supply the agreed upon equipment and provisions for drinks service at the event and not take on other work that should come into conflict with the event date.


Licensing

For any event where licenseable activity occurs The Little Wooden Bar Company requires the client to obtain and/or provide a copy of any 'Temporary Event Notice' or 'Premises License' required for the event, from their local Licensing Authority. Service times will be subject to approval by the relevant authorities and may not exceed the hours approved by any license.


Payments & Cancellations

Once the fee, or deposit, is received we will start the relevant proceedings for the event; some of which may involve making payments for goods and services that are non-refundable. Full payment of the agreed fee must be received and cleared prior to the event date. If you haven’t paid the fee, your event is not reserved and we reserve the right to take other bookings.


The Little Wooden Bar Company may retain up to the full fee where bookings are cancelled with less than 28 calendar days notice prior to the event date and may retain any portion of the fee that has been spent on non refundable goods and/or services at any time.


Setting Up & Packing Down

The Little Wooden Bar Company will require sufficient access to the venue prior to the start of the event; to provide and assemble the required goods and equipment. Sufficient time between end of service and having to vacate the venue is required to enable all goods and equipment to be dismantled, removed and loaded into waiting vehicle/s. Unless otherwise arranged this must be a minimum of one hour.


Parking, Loading & Unloading

The Little Wooden Bar Company uses a commercial vehicle to transport all goods and services. It is necessary to have space for the vehicle and any other required vehicles to be parked near to the event space, unless otherwise agreed before the event.


The Little Wooden Bar Company will require adequate loading and unloading access for all goods required for service. It is essential that no parking restrictions apply that might prevent us from carrying out these activities and that sufficient space is available to enable us to carry out these tasks. If suitable and sufficient space is not available and/or we have to park illegally, you will be responsible for payment of any fines. Under no circumstances will we park or unload in any area where our vehicle(s) may be towed away, clamped, locked in or where we may be liable for a penalty or commit an offence.


Responsible Drinking

The Little Wooden Bar Company encourages responsible drinking and must act within the law under all circumstances, without exception.


We reserve the right to refuse to serve anyone who is intoxicated, acting abusively or acting illegally. If you or any of your party look under the age of 25 we will ask you for proof of age.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy at all parties and events, private or public. We will not continue to serve alcohol in the presence of any illegal activity; including the consumption of alcohol by minors and reserve the right to withdraw our consent to service. If this should occur, you may lose your deposit.


Fair Consumption Limits

The Little Wooden Bar Company reserves the right to withdraw service if the number of guests provided is noticeably incorrect or to establish a reasonable consumption limit for guests as needed.


Final Stock & Provisions

Stock and provisions may change without notice, depending on availability. Drinking water must be made available, freely, to all guests for any event, so that responsible drinking can be adhered to.
