Terms & Conditions

The Little Wooden Bar Company will:

Supply the agreed upon equipment needed for bar operations at the event.

And for Cash & Card bars; be the sole provider of all beverages at the event, unless otherwise agreed. If it is agreed that the client will provide their own table wine or other drinks during an event, it must be removed after meal service has finished, unless otherwise agreed.

Licensing

For any event where licenseable activity occurs The Little Wooden Bar Company requires the client to obtain and/or provide a copy of any 'Temporary Event Notice' or 'Premises License' required for the event from their local Licensing Authority. Bar opening times will be subject to approval by the relevant authorities.

Payments & Cancellations

If you haven’t paid any deposit or full fee your event is not secured and The Little Wooden Bar Company reserves the right to take other bookings.

Once the fee, or deposit, is received The Little Wooden Bar Company will start the relevant proceedings for the event; some of which may involve making payments for goods and services that are non-refundable. Full payment of the final fee must be received and cleared at least 14 working days prior to the event date.

The Little Wooden Bar Company may retain up to the full fee where bookings are cancelled with less than 28 working days notice prior to the event date and may retain any portion of the fee that is agreed to be spent on non refundable goods and/or services at any time.

Loading & Unloading

The Little Wooden Bar Company will require sufficient access to the venue prior to the start of the event; to provide and assemble the required goods and equipment. The Little Wooden Bar Company will require sufficient time between the closing of the bar and having to vacate the venue, to enable all goods and equipment to be dismantled, removed and loaded into waiting vehicle/s.

The Little Wooden Bar Company will require adequate loading and unloading access for all goods required for service. It is essential that no parking restrictions apply that might prevent us from carrying out these activities and that sufficient space is available to enable us to carry out these tasks. If suitable and sufficient space is not available and/or we have to park illegally, you will be responsible for payment of any fines. 

Under no circumstances will The Little Wooden Bar Company park or unload in any area where our vehicle(s) may be towed away, clamped, locked in or where we may be liable for a penalty or commit an offence.

Parking

The Little Wooden Bar Company will use a medium wheel base van to transport our goods and services. It is necessary to have space for the vehicle and any other required vehicles to be parked near to the are for which equipment is to be set up.

Responsible Drinking

The Little Wooden Bar Company will always encourage responsible drinking and act within the law. The Little Wooden Bar Company reserves the right to refuse to serve anyone who is intoxicated, acting abusively or acting illegally. If you or any of your party look under the age of 25 we will ask you for proof of age. 

The Little Wooden Bar Company operates a Challenge 25 policy at all parties and events, private or public. We will not continue to serve alcohol in the presence of any illegal activity including the consumption of alcohol by minors.

Cleaning and Damages 

The Little Wooden Bar Company is not responsible for a full venue cleanup or for removal of products that are not, or no longer, ours. Any damage waivers, required by hired venues, must be signed by the party directly booking the venue. We are not to be held responsible for damages caused from spilled products, by event attendees, broken glass or any damage related to disorderly conduct by any guest or attendee.

Our stock and provisions may change without notice depending on availability.
